Commercial Moving
A commercial move is measured in downtime. We build the schedule backwards from the hour you need to be operational again.
We start with a floor plan on both ends. Workstations, storage and equipment are numbered against the destination layout, so the crew places assets without waiting for decisions on move day. Cabinets and file storage move loaded where the unit allows it; where it does not, contents are crated in sequence and returned in order.
Access is coordinated in advance: freight elevator bookings, loading dock windows, security sign-in, and after-hours or weekend timing so your team is not working around a move. Sensitive equipment is moved on padded carts with dedicated handling rather than mixed into general inventory.
IT gear is disconnected, bagged by station and reconnected to the point where your team or your provider can bring systems back up quickly. Nothing is left in a pile labelled 'cables'.
