Apartment & Condo Moving
In a condo, the move happens in the building's rules as much as in your unit. Get the booking, the route and the protection right and the rest is straightforward.
We confirm the elevator window with property management, check whether the service lift is padded by the building or by us, and identify where the truck can legally stage. Loading bays with height restrictions change which truck we bring — that is a decision made before the day, not in the driveway.
Inside, corridors, thresholds and lobby floors are protected. Long-carry distances from the elevator to your unit are planned with dollies and staging points so the crew keeps moving instead of queuing for the lift.
Oversized items — sectionals, mattresses, wall units, treadmills — are measured against the elevator car and unit doorway first. Where a piece will not fit intact, we disassemble it rather than force it and mark the wall.
