Atlas North Moving is a residential and commercial moving company serving the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. We built the business around the belief that most moving-day problems are planning problems — and planning is free to do well.
How we work
Every move starts with the same questions, and none of them are about how strong the crew is. Where can the truck legally stand? Is there a booked service elevator and how long is the window? How far is the carry from the curb to the door? Which pieces will not clear a doorway intact?
The answers determine the truck we send, the number of movers we schedule and the order the home is loaded in. When those decisions are made in advance, the move day becomes repetitive in the best way — protection down, wrap, load, drive, place.
We work across sixteen service areas, from downtown Toronto condos to Barrie relocations, and offer seven services covering residential, commercial, packing and labour-only work.
What we hold ourselves to
Plan the access, then lift
Elevators, bays, permits, stair turns and carry distances are surveyed before a quote is written. The plan is what makes the day short.
Protect first, always
Runners, padding and wrapping go down before the first piece moves. It costs minutes and saves floors, frames and furniture.
Say the real number
Estimates are written against your actual home and access. If a timeline is tight or a piece will not fit, you hear it before the day, not during it.
Place it once
We ask where things go before we walk in. Furniture set down twice is time you paid for twice.
